Mold Sampling & Asbestos Inspection of Event Space

SEMS Inc was contracted to conduct asbestos inspection and a visual mold assessment and mold sampling of the property to determine the presence and/or extent of asbestos-containing materials and mold spores. The asbestos inspection survey and sampling was in accordance with all federal and state regulations. SEMS Inc recommended an abatement of hazardous materials. After the abatement, SEMS collected samples and concluded they were below the established clearance criteria for the project.
