SEMS Inc. conducted an inspection to identify if lead-based paint was present on the exterior painted materials of the tank. LDEQ- accredited Lead Inspector from SEMS obtained 21 readings from various exterior surfaces on the tank using an X-Ray Fluorescence analyzer. Based on the results of the readings, there was no lead-based paint present on the tank exterior.
